Censorship summary This article is in the Censorship category and was published or updated on 30 May 2007 About a week or two ago I discovered that my web site was being censored and since then I have discovered more of my files - web pages - have been subject to censorship. Two articles and six video introductions were blocked which meant anyone trying to read those articles or see those videos had either a page not available or page forbidden result but even that was not apparent unless you made repeated efforts and knew what to look for and where, instead you would just get a strange page from another web site, my ISPs home page and no explanation.....(more)

Censored Pages, now there are at least two. This article is in the Censorship category and was published or updated on 22 May 2007 If you come across a page that has been censored then, currently, I probably don't know that it is censored, yet, because I have only been finding out by accident. You will know because you will either get a 403 or a 404 which means page forbidden or, less honestly, page unavailable, but you probably won't be aware of this much because you will simply see an unexpected page but you won't know the reason for it, so all you will see is that ISP page that doesn't look at all like SaneThinking.com pages. That is how you will know it is a censored page that you tried to view and how you will know that I, Paul E. Coughlin, it's author and publisher, have not yet found out about it. If I had found out about it then I would do a few things. First I copy the file and name it "censored_" and add the original file name exactly and I have instructed my page compiler not to make these pages linked-to at all so they are there, on the server but renamed as described. The next thing I do is to delete the content of the original, the first file, and paste in the content of a standard page which is reproduced below the line here.....(more)
My responses to secret censorship. This article is in the Censorship category and was published or updated on 23 May 2007 Two days ago I learned that a page of mine, on this site, had been censored and I have explained the details about this finding in other articles available here so there's no need for me to repeat any of that in this article, instead I want to announce one of the things that I have already done, apart from quite a lot of re-coding for my site's pages, which is to join the Anti Chr-ist-ian Coalition Webring.
