"You Forever" was the first Lobsang Rampa book that I read and I have never looked back. It answered a lot of questions that had been at the back of my mind and some which had even been nearer the front of my mind too. That was in the summer of 1968. I was not quite twenty years old yet. This book together with some of Lobsang's other books, I won't say all of them but that is not a criticism as just the few are real jewels, opened my eyes or maybe cleared the mist away from them, substantially. They also prove that writing in the style that he did is all that is necessary to convey difficult ideas that so far as I am aware of no one has managed to do either before him or since.
There is a notion that to write upon an esoteric subject one has to be suitably academic in one's expression, in one's writing. Lobsang Rampa proved that is complete rubbish. You can actually convey utterly fantastic information that is completely shattering to the Western mindset without resorting to that kind of pretentiousness. I know because I read his books and I learned a great deal from them.
To my mind they are priceless jewels, worth far more than the millions of pounds, dollars or euros that you could win in a lottery. The money could never buy you the understanding that these books can bring you.
So it is with that in mind that I have this category, not just dedicated to his memory (he passed on to the Greater Reality in 1981) but more to inform my visitors about him and about the fascinating information that he provided in his books.
This year, 2007, marks the 39th year since I read "You Forever". If I could recommend any single book to anyone - fortunately you can also manage to get some of the others too, so it isn't really just one book - it would be this one.
Moreover, if you have a problem locating a copy then don't worry because I plan to tell you where you can get it and the others too.
