In the Categories box to the right hand side of your screen, you will see that one of the categories listed is Abouts. If you click on that then you will see the full list of About articles.
I have provided a separate About for each of my categories. Each About article acts as an introduction that explains that particular category and my articles that are in it.
In addition, I also provide the other more usual kind of About that you might expect. They are all in that same list.
